  • Dominic Kakoulidis

Hi I’m Dom. I am one of the founders of EOSS, and a full-time support worker.

I enjoy keeping active, skateboarding, reading, working on my car, practicing piano and being in nature.

At my core I believe everyone deserves to be respected and treat with kindness. We all deserve to live a good life, on our own terms. Being able to be even a small but positive part of someone’s story brings me great joy. Starting and growing the EOSS community has and continues to be an incredible experience.

  • Lauren Young

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m one of the (2) founders of EOSS! And a support worker.

I love food, maybe too much.

    Cooking, baking, feeding people.

I enjoy reading, painting, spending time in nature.

I grew up in Yorkshire in the UK and feel most at home when in the countryside.

Dom and I started EOSS when we were both working full time as support workers.

We are very intention led people, and were troubled by the lack of intention in the support we were viewing.

EOSS is not a big company, and hopefully never will be BIG.

We want to always focus on good people, supporting good people.

We love our team and adore the EOSS community as a whole.

I hope to meet you one day!

What drew me to support work was working with all different people and personalities - I love getting to know people!

I have a lot of interests and love learning about psychology and mental/physical health! I love nature, walking and exploring different areas of Brisbane as I am originally a Victorian girl!

I’d say my support style is calm, flexible and compassionate.

  • David

I’m David Esbjornsson, a passionate and driven support worker originally from Sweden, now based in Brisbane. With a background in sport development, personal training, and nutrition coaching, I’m committed to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in their daily lives.

I love being part of the EOSS team because we genuinely care, support each other, and help clients thrive. My Interests- Health, fitness, and functional training (CrossFit, HIIT, gym life)- Hiking, rock climbing, and beach adventures- Music, concerts, and relaxing with movies or great TV series- Exploring Brisbane’s best cafés and healthy restaurants — I love food from all corners of the world!

My Support Style My style is upbeat, energetic, and tailored to each client’s goals. I enjoy creating a fun and motivating atmosphere where we work together to build strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Fun Fact About Me I once followed a strict carnivore diet for five months—just meat, fish, salt, and water—to heal my gut and reset my immune system… and it worked! I now help others do the same through food, fasting, and movement. Learn More About Me I’ve worked with people from all walks of life and bring a deep sense of empathy, energy, and real-life experience into my support work. I’m best suited to clients who are mobile and want to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, or who are open to trying new things—from gym sessions and meal planning to walks around Brisbane or just a relaxed coffee catch-up. I also run a small personal training business on the side, where I help clients with gut health programs, individual nutrition coaching, and longevity-focused routines like cold therapy, breathwork, and healthy eating habits. Whether we’re training or chatting about food, I always aim to uplift the people I support and help them live with more energy and confidence.

Quick Favorites- Coffee or tea: Herbal teas and bone broth- Beach or mountains: I love both — but the beach and the ocean always bring me peace- Favourite Brisbane spot: Kangaroo Point, or any café with a great atmosphere
